The room, hospitality, and staff were excellent. Sudhin and the lady staff were very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant being right next door was convenient. The naturally cool rooms without AC were a pleasant surprise. A highly recommended place to stay.
Nothing, all great.

the complimentary bottles of water were easily accessible and the staff members, especially Sudhin and a female employee, were very welcoming and great at their jobs. the naturally cool rooms, which did not warrant the need for air conditioning, provided us with a cozy and comfortable night's rest. the restaurant next door was convenient for dining out and the hospitality provided was top-notch!
One little gripe was the charging of Rs. 20 for the water bottles given that they were complementary, which was surprising as most hotels we have stayed in have provided them free of charge.

The hospitality from the staff members was amazing! They were very welcoming, warm and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a very convenient spot, with a restaurant right next door. Another big plus was the natural coolness in the rooms, making it a nice escape from the heat outside.
This was a little unexpected and did detract from an otherwise perfect stay.

If you're looking for a cozy holiday experience, this place is perfect for you. the rooms were awe, inspiring with their natural coolness, making our stay comfortable. the staff was warm and welcoming as well, with two of them , Sudhin and a lady , being very helpful. One of the most convenient advantages was that the restaurant was situated right next door, making it easy for us to savour their delicacies. the location of this place was also very strategic, giving us easy access to explore the place.
Despite the warm hospitality and amazing stay, we were a bit disappointed with the hotel's charging of Rs. 20 for water bottles, considering that it is typically complementary in most hotels. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the quality of our experience, and overall it was a fantastic getaway for Easter weekend.
